Daylily roots can be planted in spring and keep frost free until planting out. You can also plant them direct outside later in spring after all risk of frost has passed.
Spread the roots and plant with shoots facing upwards at a depth of 5-10cam and around 20cm apart.
Water well after planting and throughout the growing season.
